Dr. Vikas Solanki is a Professor and HOD (Department of Computer Science and Engineering) at GNIEM, Naushera, Hoshiarpur. He has joined the Institute on Feb. 16, 2018. He did Ph.D. (Computer Science and Engineering) in 2016 under the supervision of Prof M. Qasim Rafiq (Retd. Professor and Chairman AMU, Aligarh). He has received M.Tech. (Computer Science Engineering) in 2010 from Dr.APJAKTU (formally called GBTU/UPTU). He has vast 18 years extensive teaching experience and more than 8 years research experience and published/presented approx. 19 research papers in different international/ national journals/ conferences. He has vast administrative experience with academic experience. He is paper setter and examiner in different central/ state government/ private universities. He is also awarded as the best teaching faculty member by the Vice-Chancellor, Mangalayatan University, Aligarh. His area of research interest is mobile computing and wireless network.
