Student Council Committee

The Student Council Committee is the official representative body of students at the institute. It serves as the connector between students and the administration, to develop responsibility, leadership, and proactivity. The council is an avenue for students to present recommendations, suggestions, opinions, or voice any relatable issues that associates positively to the institute's academic, extra-curricular life. The council is also a moderator for student led activities, supporting student wellbeing, and enhancing student life. It is as well as an embodiment of democracy and team spirit, developing leadership skills in students.

Objective

• To advocate for the interests and issues of students to the institutional authorities and promote open communication.
• To increase student engagement in academic, cultural, sports and community service activities.
• To foster leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills among students through engagement in council actions.
• To assist in promoting discipline, harmony, and goodwill on campus.
• To encourage institute development activities and provide feedback on student related policies.
• To build student community and collaboration through events, projects, and outreach.

A Committee of the following has been constituted as Student Council Committee in the Institute.
